NE Ohio Disc Golf News
HOC Pre-reg is climbing fast. We are now (4:54 pm Wednesday) at about 45 players with new players registering regularly. The only way to guarantee your spot at the tournament is to pre-register. Pre-registration here at the website will end at 3 pm Friday. Any pre-registrations recieved here at the website after 3pm Friday May 16th will be refunded. Pre-registrations will be accepted at Player-Check at the Canton Course from 4-7 on Friday afternoon. If any spots are open on Saturday morning, pre-registrations will be accepted until 9 am at the Massillon course. (posted 05-14-08)
Massillon is good to go. The 6 extra holes are all nice and trimmed. I'll try to post a map for those of you who want to check them out before Friday. I'll definitely have flags out there in the next day or two.(posted 5-12-08)
Canton is trimmed and prime for the HOC. First two extra holes at Massillon are looking good. The other holes will be cleared up tomorrow. Registration is filling nicely, we are now up to 24 pre-registered players. (posted 05-10-2008)
$150 added to the pot for the HOC thanks to Ring Masters in Massillon. Dan Davis donated $50 of his own hard-earned cash as well. We are now up to $1200. (posted 05-05-2008)
Free entry to the Hall of Chains to the player with the best cumulative score at Tuesdays league (6pm tee-off) for the weeks of May 6th @ Canton and May 13th @ Massillon. Come on out and try to earn yourself free entry to the biggest tournament of the season in NEO....(posted 05/05/2008)
2008 Hall of Chains is now on the PDGA schedule as a B-tier. We have $1000 added cash right now and are working to grow that number. (posted 03/13/2008)
Alright, the Canton/Massillon league will be happening beginning April 8th. I wanted to start it this week but no one is going to play in the snow. (posted 3/12/08)
